Duties of the Bakery factory workers may include, but are not limited to:
- Package Baked Goods
- Maintain a Clean Work Environment
- Communicate with Customers
- Count and Inspect Products
- Assist Head Baker
Candidates need to be capable of working long, hard hours including overtime, weekends and evenings.
- Customer service skills
- Physical Stamina
- Multitasking skills
- Attention to detail
