A well reputed fast growing Interior Decoration Company is looking for Dubai Municipality approved FEMALE Interior Designer cum estimator. Must have sound knowledge of computer. English speaking. Fresher qualified graduate architect or designer can also apply. Salary 3000 to 6000 AED per month depending upon experience. Immediate placement.

HR Generalist

Time Machine Group – Dubai

Key Role:

  • Sync with Business Unit Heads for Training needs identification and analysis
  • Organizing and facilitate learning and development programs – technical, behavioral and leadership for stores, warehouses and corporate office employees
  • Provide Group induction to new joiners
  • Measuring effectiveness of the programs
  • Drafting and re-framing job descriptions for the employees – including new joiners and existing employees as and when their profiles change/ in case of promotion
  • Design and revise HR policies, forms, offer/ intern letters and processes
  • Recruitment for all businesses as per need – budgeted, new and replacement positions
  • Design and structure performance appraisal for TMG
  • Employee grievance handling and organizing focused group discussions to address employee issues
  • Drafting various formats as and when required (eg – warning letters for employees, test papers for candidates etc)
  • Employee engagement initiatives for creating a positive work culture
  • Employee communication on various policies, guidelines, dress code, email etiquette etc
  • Keeping a track of employee attendance and outdoor activities
  • Timely tracking of performance in alignment with BUHs basis DPR
  • Structure and implement the Appraisal process on half yearly basis for purpose of confirmation and promotion; in addition to the annual cycle


  • Oversee employee request applications and ensure the details are properly filed before forwarding for management approval.
  • Monitor filing of documents and update employee information as required.

HR Operations

  • New joinee formalities/ documentation
  • Introduce the New Employee to the coordinator of respective department and facilitate familiarization of the job
